Chianti Bed and Breakfast Design
Chianti B&B Design is the result of the respectful transformation of a typical Tuscan farmhouse that combines the modern and design environment with the rural and exciting experience that only the hills of Siena can offer.
It is also a space where there is a natural symbiosis of contemporary works of art rich in colors and expressiveness born from the talent of the Siena’s artist Alessandro Grazi and the exclusive furnishings of the innovative Italian design brand, LAGO.
Once you arrive at the condominium court you can access through few steps on the exclusive external staircase to a large living area with a mezzanine floor in natural steel and transparent glass.
An helicoidal staircase of plastic shape and candid white color joins the two levels of the living area, emphasizing the large volume of the room and leads through the glass loft to one of the three bedrooms with bathroom which is located on the upper level of the apartment.
From the loft you can appreciate the choice for the floor of primary materials respectful of the place such as planed oak wood and large format open stain travertine.
On the living floor, from the large kitchen a hallway leads to the remaining two bedrooms with en suite bathroom. In one of these two rooms an internal staircase in corten steel leads to a loft and the bathroom which is located on the upper floor.
In the living area, available to guests, a large relaxation area with sofa, mini bar with water, tea and herbal tea, cantucci, kettle and an Honesty Bar with chianti wine, beer, coffee (at extra charge). In addition, you will have a fridge with a dedicated shelf for each room.
The pool has dimensions 15 x 5 meters and is infinity pool on two sides overlooking the vineyards of Chianti Classico.
The pool is reached by a staircase at the end of which, before the pool, there are two beautiful terraces, one of which has a gazebo with chairs and a table.
Chianti B&B Design has three independent double bedrooms and each one has characteristics that make it special and unique.
Chianti B&B Design is about 200 meters away from the village of Vitignano, a quaint and typical medieval Tuscan hamlet that is definitely worth a walking tour.
You can admire the extraordinary landscape formed by the villa and the medieval tower of Vitignano, surrounded by Chianti vineyards and olive groves.
