Its décor is green, inspired by the characteristic Tuscan tree that gives it its name.
It is accessed via the white staircase in the living area, crossing the glass mezzanine.
A charming section of exposed stone and brick wall recalls the history of the building.
The ceiling is sloping, with typical Tuscan beams and rafters.
It features an electrically operated skylight in addition to a small horizontal window.
The bathroom window overlooks the Chianti Classico vineyards and the medieval tower of the village of Vitignano.
